Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must have purchased it from MasterFlowAir.com and It must be in the original packaging.


First contact us at CustomerService@Qindustries.net to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
 
The RMA number is required for every item returned to us, and must be written on the outside shipping carton and referenced in all correspondents. 
 
We are here to help you and were only human.  Including the RMA number is the key to a smooth transaction please understand that without it our service department will have no idea what to do with your package. 
 
Packages received without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the outer carton will be refused or credit will not be issued.
 

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Include a copy of you sales receipt inside the carton.  Please reference the RMA number on you sales receipt.
  • Returns must be packaged securely in an outer carton
  • Do not write on the product packaging itself. Write only on the outer shipping carton.
  • Returnable items must be received by MasterFlow within 30 days of the product being received by you the customer. (determined by FedEx  Tracking info)
  • Ship your return with a signature shipping service. Items valued over $35 must be returned to the with a trackable shipping service. For items below $35, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service.
  • Returned product must be in new, re-saleable condition, with all original boxes, packaging, parts, cables, manuals, etc.
  • Upon receipt, all returns will be inspected, and, at our discretion, credit may be refused or a restocking fee of 5%-10% may be assessed.
  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred to return products.
 
Some Circumstances in which credit will not be issued but not limited to are:
 
  • Product has been installed and/or used
  • Product has been damaged from an attempt to be installed and/or used
  • Product is shipped back without original box, manual and/or parts
  • Seal on parts is broken
  • Product serial number does not match that of which was original shipped to buyer
  • Product is deemed not resell able by MasterFlow due to customers own actions in dealing with the product

 
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@qindustries.net.
 
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
 
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@qindustries.net to request a RMA number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
