Masterflow manufacturers a ton of air compressors every year. These 12 volt tire inflators inflate flat tires in minutes and save the day, or are used to air up and air down on the off road trail. Regardless of how or how often they’re used, most of these air compressors are bought and used for years to come.
On occasion, we do receive returned air compressors. The reasons for the returns are just as varied as their uses. Some are still in the unopened box. Maybe they were returned because they were a gift (a great gift idea BTW). Others were barely used and are neatly packed and returned in their original packaging.
We certainly can’t make sense of why someone would return such a useful and quality built product, but hey, it happens. Masterflow could easily throw these into the air compressor graveyard, and get back to manufacturing more compressors, but why? While we care about delivering quality air inflation solutions and accessories, we also care about our planet.

Our Whirlwind Refurbishing Program (WRP) saves thousands of 12 Volt Air compressor hoses and accessories from landfills and recycling plants. We put perfectly good, working air compressors back in service that otherwise would have been taking up space in landfills.
